I am a 21 year old female and have started to have sleep enuresis.? over the past year and a half this has developed. It started when I would drink and I just thought it was because I didn't have self control over my body. Recently I have started to do this sober (twice with in 8 days). I have a boyfriend and it is very embarrassing to wake up like this. I have done some research but can't find a lot on people my age. I don't know what could be causing this.
what can I do about my enuresis now that i am 24? i still wet at night and have been to all of the M.D.'s and have been told that i am of a samll percentage that has chronic enuresis and that since I have tried every thing to stop it to just live with it the best that i can. I wonder if this will have a negative effect on my being able to have relationships
What is Enuresis? a member of my family has it? My doctor has told me to get an enuresis alarm to save my couch, does anyone know what this medical man is talking about. The member of my family, is still lying on my couch playing with his lap top. I spelt it right because the doctor wrote it down for me, I am not annoyed at you for your supposition, and it prove it I gave you a tu. Shamsky I didn't ask because I am rather shy, plus I have a lot on my mind.
Enuresis is to bladder control as encopresis is to? A.bed-wetting. B.diuretics. C.soiling. D.antidiuretics.
I am 18, almost 19, years old and I suffer from Primary Nocturnal Enuresis, a.k.a. bedwetting.? I have tried various medications including imipramine and desmopressin (DDAVP) none of these helped at all. I have tried re-training my bladder without success as well as seeing a psychologists. I also currently sleep with a C-PAP machine because I have sleep apnea and we thought that could be the problem. It wasn't. Does ANYONE know why I might be suffering from PNE?

Ok, I was wondering, Enuresis (Bed Wetting) has been Genetic in my Family.? I quit When i was 13, I am Currently 24 and looking to Join the United States Marine Corps but I was wondering if bed wetting after 13 was A DQ or if you can get a Waiver to ignore it.
What is the normal maximum bladder capacity for a typical 12-13 year old boy? I have 4 children, one of whom has problems with urgency, and enuresis. He does not seem to be able to hold anywhere near as much as my other children. He has begun a referral process for this problem, but I was just wondering if anyone knew what a typical full capacity ought to be for a child of approximately his age. Thanks.
How do we get our 12 year old daughter to stop wetting the bed? It's been going on since she came out of nappies. We've been to various doctors, specialists, urologists and enuresis clinics, and tried all sorts of alarms, sensors, timers, lights, sheets, pads, pull-ups etc. In fact, I don't think there is anything we haven't tried. She's at the age where money is becoming more important to her and I'm considering introducing a bribe / fine system. Any thoughts? Very helpful Artie Fufkin. Wanker!
Why do I sometimes find this after waking up? I have a very large and strong bladder, but this morning I woke up and found 2 drops of dry residual urine in my underwear. This has happened about 3 times in the last 6 months. PS I have no history of nocturnal enuresis. Oh,and I'm 11. To be 12 soon.
what causes nocturnal enuresis? thsi is the fancy latin based term for night peeing but i have a nagging memory somewhere of why someone would we e more at night than during the day
Nocturnal enuresis (night time bedwetting) at age 15? Hi. I'm a 15 year old and suffer from nocturnal enuresis (night time bedwetting). I have been waiting and waiting as I was told this problem would go away as I grew up, yet I still find myself suffering from this issue. It affects my social life a lot and I want to put an end to this problem. What is the most effective way to treat this? I am considering using a bed wetting alarm, how effective are bed-wetting alarms as a treatment? I keep being told by people in my family that I should control what I drink before bed, I agree to some point but I don't want to stay thirsty for hours just to avoid a problem that has not been fully solved. I want to be able to drink like a normal person and wake up to a dry bed. What is the most effective treatment(s) to this problem?
How do I tell my boyfriend? He said he wants to marry me in the future. I'm afraid if I tell him about my 'problem', hell run away grossed out. i have nocturnal enuresis, in other words, i occassionally wet the bed. it so embarrassing ive never told anyone about this. how do i tell him about it without feeling so ashamed?
Should I let my bedwetting child go on a sleepover? My ten year old wears protection at night for enuresis. I saw the underjams and goodnites commercials where the kids go on sleepovers and no one knows what's under their pajamas, but how realistic is that? He's been invited to a sleepover, but he and I are nervous: what are of his chances of having the other boys find out what he has under his pajamas?
Is adult enuresis and tingling in extremities, such as fingers, signs of diabetes? I read on-line that adult enuresis and tingling in extremities are a sign of diabetes. I am encountering both but I don't seem to be countering any other problems. I see blurred vision is another sign. But what is considered blurred vision? Sometimes my vision gets blurry but I would never think it's blurred enough to be a sign. But, perhaps it is. Also, I don't feel constantly thirsty which seems to be the #1 symptom. What do you think? Yes, I am planning on going to a doctor this week to get a diabetes test.
Is it enuresis or everything's OK? Hi, I'm 15 years old. For about a year, I encounter the problem of wetting at the night. It doesn't happen every night - sometimes it happens daily, while sometimes I have "normal" (I mean, not wet) sleep for over week. Most often, it happens when I'm dreaming about erotic scenes. However, sometimes I also have a dream in which I simply have to pee - and then it happens. However, I'm not sure if it's urine - actually, I'm almost sure that it isn't pure urine. When I look on my bed, it has yellow color - but looking at my pyjamas, it looks like non-coloured liquid. Only sometimes it's a little yellow, but if it is, it almost every time connects with something white and dense like sperm. So - is it enuresis and I have problems with wetting at night or it's simply due to my growing up and everything's OK? I'll add that I hadn't ever encountered such problems in past. About the answers: OK, but, as I wrote, it doesn't happen ONLY with sex dreams - it also happens that I dream about need to pee and something goes through my penis. Also, I can't recognize sperm there every time - sometimes I have an impression that only some kind of strange liquid (like urine, but not exactly) is there. Is it still normal?
My husband of one month is a frequent bedwetter. He has been has been his whole life. What can I do about it? My husanband has primary nocturnal enuresis. It has been happening his whole life. We are seeing a urologist next week.
I am 15 and I am suffering from nocturnal enuresis. What can I do to make sure this ends soon? Hi. I am 15 years old and I still suffer from nocturnal enuresis. Recently I had a sleepover and it was very difficult to make sure I didn't wet the bed. I feel very ashamed and I have no one to talk to about this problem. I want to know that there is light at the end of the tunnel. I want to hear about anything that I may be able to do to stop this problem. I have tried alarms and have been woken up in the past and it seemed to help but it did not end the problem completely. I saw that the odds of a 15 year old who suffers from this is around 1-2% worldwide. What are the odds that this problem will continue any longer? Any exercises or anything that can help me solve this problem, anything to give me comfort or to try and help me is appreciated. PS. I think that I do have some relative who used to suffer from this in my family.
Enuresis (Bed-Wetting) - Adults? Has anyone ever wet the bed (Not whilst drunk) or woken up whilst starting to? I have a couple of times and am curious to know the cause. Please no asshole comments!!!! :-@
sleep enuresis (bed wetting)? My husband who is 37 years old has randomly wet the bed twice in the past 6 months. It's not after a night of drinking either. Even when he does drink (alcohol) he doesn't wet the bed. These are just two isolated instances. Should I be worried? He doesn't want to go to the doctor, but I worry that it may be caused by something more serious. note: these are just two isolated instances. Am I over reacting?
Why would a 20 year old wet the bed? My husband wet the bed last night. He said that he was dreaming that using the bathroom. Could there be another reason for the adult enuresis. This is he first time this has happened.

relationship issues becoming a problem? I am 26, F and have to deal with an issue with "Nocturnal Enuresis". (I still occasionally wet the bed). My boyfriend has been after me to go away with him for several months and I have avoided telling him of my issue. Should i go and "hope for 2 dry nights" or tell him that I still need diapers at night?
POLL: How many times a day do you go number 2?...Seriously.? This is actually going to be part of my research I have to conduct for school. Im going to give a report on enuresis and encopresis.

What do you think of idiot ex's? who try to make your life a living h e double hockey sticks by treating your child with him/her like shitaki? Any decision I make is based upon one very important question: How will this effect my child? He bases his decisions on how to aggrivate me and to prove he is a better parent. (This is based on part by the fact my child needs certain meds to help him properly function during the course of the day and when he spends the weekend w/his father his father refuses to allow him to take them making things quite difficult for our son....one med is for his enuresis which helps prevent him from wetting the bed....he doesn't give it to our son and then yells at him and degrades him for having an accident). Any way, the question again is: What do you think of idiot ex's who try to make your life a living h e double hockey sticks by treating your child with him/her like shitaki? My son is 11 and the more his father ignores him the more he idiolizes him. It's like he (my son) has this undying need to prove to his father he (my son) is worth the time and effort to care for. I hope one day my son realizes that a real parent doesn't need the child to prove anything to them, that a real parent is just there for them out of love. No, I do not belittle my ex in front of my son, I don't even talk about him if my son is at home. To be even more honest, venting on here is the safest way I have found to talk about him because I don't even use my real name or anything so my son can't even look at it. As far as bedwetting, he has an underdeveloped blatter and no matter what my son does to try and control it he can't. He is physically incapable of it. As far as wanting daddy's approval it probably helps that his dad abandoned him until he was 7 and upon return told him if I remarry he's leaving again. Ang, I am sooo glad you asked that. He has my son's dr's number and he contacted her to prove I was over medicating our son (he's only on 3 meds plus a fiber substitue for occasional constipation-kids don't always want to eat right). At a visit shortly after he talked to her ( I was unaware he had even contacted her) I asked if she wouldn't mind talking to him about my ex smoking around our son. She shook her head and said,"It's no good, he is going to do what he wants anyway." After I asked her why she said that she told me she had a heated discussion (I think she was being polite) about our son's meds. She then told me," He's too thickheaded." We are currently in the middle of a very trying custody battle and we are awaiting a court date w/a temp. order in effect where he is permitted to see him unsupervised. I'm hoping that changes come the day we go to court but I live in a backwards hick area that "just don't believe it's abuse unless you can't walk from it". I took the info to the local Children & Youth Agency and all they told me is "It's not abuse really, just inappropriate behavior."
Does "Bed-wetting" occur when a person becomes a liberal ? Nocturnal enuresis (NE), the involuntary passing of urine during sleep after the age at which bladder control would normally be anticipated, is a widespread and potentially disabling disorder for liberals. The treatment of NE constitutes several approaches and its pathophysiology remains unsolved. Careful consideration should be given to the work-up of NE since there may be concurrent symptoms that require attention either before or in conjunction with the treatment. Patient/family education and a cooperative approach usually produce the most favorable results in treating NE.
my child still wets the bed ? My seconded oldest daughter still wets the bed at the age of 12 and she has been discharged from the enuresis clinic and her dad(father) wet the bed until he was around about 11 years of age.she has tried going to the toilet before she goes to Bed but sometimes she get so tired she forgets !!!! so if anyone has any help please tell me thanks xx

Is having 3 disorders at age 13 normal? Sleeping disorder (enuresis), mood disorder / depression, eating disorder (anorexia nervosa with bulimic tendencies).

My girlfriend wears diapers at night!? Ok, I am planning to sleep with my g/f in a week, but she told me a secret that she has "enuresis" (?) a.k.a bedwetting. She told me she controls this by wearing a diaper at night. What should I do? Do I really want to sleep with a girl lying next to me in a soggy diaper? She is 17 btw..
Desmopressin.....recent news? Any alternatives? There was a story that it would no longer be available for night-time enuresis. Has anyone been cut off yet? http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20071204/us_nm/bedwetting_drug_dc This is the news story that got my attention. Thank you for your answer! Happy Holidays to you! :)
I am 13 and I have wet the bed twice within 3 months of each other. No prior problems. Is this a big deal??? I haven't told ANYONE and I want to keep it that way if I can. I managed to cover it up both times. It is really stressing me though. I don't know why it happens. I was crying just before because.. Well I don't know why. I had just sprayed the duvet that I had wet with air-freshener to make sure there was no smell left. From the accident two months ago. I am really really scared. I don't go to sleepovers anymore or anything. I WANT to tell my Mum, but I am too scared too. I just need to know if I need to be this worried or if it was just random and I don't have "Secondary Enuresis" or whatever it is called. I am really freaked about this. PLEASE HELP!!!

Have to wear pull ups... punished!? Hi I’m ChrisMy younger sister whose 13 years old is a bed wetter I never had that problem I’m 2 years older than her. She has Enuresis it’s a common problem for kids that makes them wet the bed at night eventually they grow out of this. She’s wears those GoodNites pull up diapers to bed every night. There are times I do tease her about it she tells our parents I get yelled at and that’s it. There were times when I would threaten her if she didn’t do what I want I would tell her friends about her problem. I would never have done it but I wanted her to think I would. I had her lie to me to my parents for me if I came in late. If I needed to use the computer I would throw her off it. If she didn’t do it I would tell her friends that she wears pull ups at night. I was doing this to her for the past year.I was told by my farther to clean up the basement I wanted to play softball that morning. I black mailed my sister to do it for me what I didn’t know my mom was in the basement doing laundry at the time and heard what I said. She asks my sister how long was I doing this to her she told her everything. My mother slapped me pulled my hair cursing me out. When my father came home she told him everything. He grounded me for a month can’t go out on weekends. My mom said that wasn’t good enough she went to my room clean out my dresser draw where all my underwear was put them in the chest in her bedroom and locked it. She gave me one of my sisters pulls up she told me to put it on I did. Weekends when I’m in the house I have to wear them even to bed. I don’t have wear them when I go to school or if we got to go out as a family etc. I ask my dad how long will my punishment last he said ask your mother I did she said it’s up to my sister. I ask my sister she just laughed at me and my mom said to me can’t believe you did this to own sister. I’m very disappointed with you. I was real shit heal what I did to my sister I know that now. I learned my lesson everyone out there who is going to read this is going to slam me for what I did. However I’m hoping for some good suggestion to make things right again to my sister and mother. Thank you
I am so thoroughly agitated.....? My ex is such an inconsiderate buffoon. He is so beyond discussion. I discuss something with him, work out a plan to try and keep everyone happy so that my son is happy and he just destroys everything we discussed. Everything is about him and nothing about our son. My son loves scouts so he calls him a sissy girl and tells him that scouts is for retards all because I think it is a good idea to have him involved in. Mind you I don't twist my son's arm to be in it he wants it. He discovered our son likes the drums and figures I put him up to it so he calls him a faggot for playing them. My son wants his hair a little shaggy so he threatens to put him in a dress if he doesn't get a hair cut all because he thinks he wants his hair shaggy to make me happy. My son is on a few meds to help him (one for ADD, another for Enuresis, and one for seasonal allergies) and he refuses to give them to him because as far as he is concerned our son doesn't need them. Never mind what the spec. say. He goes through all this trouble not because he has any consideration or real concern for our son but just to aggrivate me. Unfortunately because I get to see how it affects our son and I actually give a darn about his feelings and well being it does bother me. I know I shouldn't let it get to me but it does. Since this is Yahoo!Answers I know this should be a question and not really a rant so here's the question: WHAT IS YOUR OPINION OF THE SITUATION? Mind you I understand that you do not have all the details therefore are unlikely to formulate an informed opinion but hearing my thoughts on the matter feel free to answer.
Are you more susceptible to incontinence after pregnancy if you were incontinent as a child? Just something I've always wondered! As a child i had a condition called enuresis - i was still wetting the bed until i was 15. aside from wrecking my self-confidence (living in a body over which you have no control really isn't fun) for all of my childhood, this is something i've begun to wonder. i'm now 25 and have grown out of it, but i'm aware that after childbirth, it's quite common to lose some control over your bladder muscles and there's excercises you can do to restrengthen them. but if you've had enuresis as a child, is this more difficult to regain, or are you stuck with a lifetime of incontinence? can this be avoided by caesarean? i do not care how rewarding natural motherhood might be, if it means condemning myself to incontinence for the rest of my life, i will adopt. just for the record, i'm single - i plan to be settled and married before i consider bringing children into the world - i'm just intrigued to know if it's going to be a case of history repeating itself if i do.
Help please? I'm married with an US citizen 2 1/2 years ago, I already have the permanent green card. But our marriage is not getting well:(. I left everything for this man, my family everything and he treats me with disrispect and we fight all the time. My daughter (6y.o) always assists to our fights and we are really menthal abused. His family can't stand me and I don't have any contact to them anymore, I'm tired being humiliated. My husband cheated on me ''online'' at least 3 times now and I have all the emails and the archives with those ladies(very digusting , they used to masturbate together online). His brother sent him nasty emails about me. Besides that, once I got here in the US, I found out that he lied to me. He has enuresis and he is also impotent. In a word, he played me. We got married in my country and everything was alright and I had no clue about all these. My question is: If I will apply for divorce are these a good proof at the court? Thank you I also have found that he ordered online Viagra before our wedding and he probably used it to convince me he is very potent. Is it a proof for the divorce? I avoid fighting with him but he finds any kind of reasons to start something. I even left the house for an hour but when I got back home it was worse. I have been living in lies. One year till i got a job he never took me out, just to the store and get back home. Now I'm taking antidepressants without him to know. Can anybody answer my question though? Thanks
Why does my 9 year old's head sweat so bad? My son is 9 and has ALWAYS sweat so easily! Even with light activity it gets drenched! He can be sitting and playing a video game and his head sweats. It literally is drenched a lot of the time, enough that it looks like he just showered and didn't dry his head! It bugs me as I can't figure out why! He does have nocturnal enuresis (bed wetting), and has his whole life. He is on meds for it. He doesn't drink fluids excessively either. He is a little pudgy now, but that wasn't always the case. Though I don't think it would have anything to do with it anyway. I have tried searching this online and am only coming up with questions/answers about infants and toddlers sweating. My son is obviously not in that age range! I basically keep his head shaved so its cooler for him, he complains he is hot a lot, but has no fevers. Any ideas? Suck it Trebek: The peds suggested that in the past because he gets painful rashes on his armpits, even though he doesn't seem to sweat much there. We tried the Drysol (for hyperhydrosis) and it stung his skin so bad it made him cry and it hurt worse than the rash so we stopped it. Guess that doesn't rule it out, but the treatment sure wasn't good for him!

Prevention of bed wetting? What is the best way to stop or prevent bed wetting/nocturnal enuresis in a 7 year old normal boy without giving medicines. Is there a herbal or natural treatment please? Ram
I wet the bed until I was 18. I get frequent, sudden urges to urinate during the day. What is my problem? I am 23 years old male. I've always had trouble with my bladder. I completely stopped wetting the bed until I was 18. During the day I get frequent, sudden urges to go to the restroom. This happens to me several times a day (about 15), and I get leakage most of the times. I am embarrassed to walk around at work with a wet mark on my pants, and to smell like urine. It has greatly affected my self-esteem and my relationships. Lately (the last 2 months), the urges are getting too extreme and uncontrollable to the point that I have to stop everything I am doing and try to hold it with all my strenght. When the urge passes and I relax my muscles, some urine usually comes out. It happens mostly when I am at work, sitting on my cubicle. Here is some info about my background -I had a diabetic father -My brother, mother also suffered from enuresis (bed wetting) until their teenage years. -I started taking Cymbalta for Anxiety and Vyvanse for concentration about 4 months ago. What is my problem, and what can I do?
How do I handle my 8 yr. old son's problem with pooping, and peeing, and having to wear pull-ups all day? My son has a condition called enuresis, and encupeurisis. He is eight years old now, and he's had this problem since he was in kindergarten. I have tried to seek the advice of pediatricians, and specialists. Apparently, they never found a solution, so they said that he should get neurological testing, but not sure if that's what would help. I have been taking him to phsycologists,. to phsycologists, but still no answers on how to repair the problem. If someone has a child with the same problem please give me some insight on how to help him resolve the issue?
FBI medical exam? Hey everyone I am thinking about joining the FBI in a few years. I saw you need to take a medical test, similar to that of military personnel. This is embarrassing but as a kid I had enuresis (bed wetting) after age 12 it is no longer an issue and hasn't been for years and years. Would that disqualify me from the FBI or should I lie on the test and say i did not have the issue? No its not a joke it is disqualifying from military service even though it is waiverable, which I will probably receive. But on the FBI medical from it says enuresis after 12
Please help my 6 year old daughter...lots of symptoms, few answers!!!? I have a 6 year old little girl. We have been to so many pediatric specialists, and have not really gotten any clear answers or diagnosis for what has been going on with her. The only thing we get is this doctor treats this, and that doctor treats that, but nothing is being done for her overall health. I can't keep from feeling that no one is looking at the big picture! We have been to a nephrologist, a neurologist, a urologist, and a gastroenterologist as well as being sent to the emergency room twice in order for tests to be run. Here is what is (and has been) going on: Meningitis at 4 weeks old RSV at 4 months old Gastric reflux as an infant lactose intolerant as an infant Febrile Seizure lasting 30 minutes at 9 months old SEVERE colic from 3-10 months of age foul urine odor at least 25 UTIs, 9-10 of which has been since September 2007 several strep episodes, 3 in the last year delay in speech (did not talk until 3 years) nocturnal enuresis (severe) bladder incontinence bowel incontinence (just since Jan. 2008) SEVERE fecal blockages and buildups in the colon, suspected motility complications acne a few pubic hairs just starting to notice some facial and nose hairs VERY oily skin and hair, hair has odor when oily dandruff brown skin patches bruises and scars easily overweight (she currently weighs 97 pounds, she has gained 12 pounds since Christmas 2007, lost 3 this past week) Small appetite More recently confusion and difficulty concentrating and unable to follow simple directions, we think as a side effect of the medications Things we are doing and tests that have been run: Barium enema MRI abdominal x-ray rectal muscle tone test currently in urology bio-feedback therapy going to gastroenterology therapy in May Taking Detrol, doxozosin, and macrodantin, and 2 capfuls of Miralax daily since March 1, 2008 Since being on the macrodantin, has had one UTI and put on Bactrim She is going to the restroom to urinate every 90 minutes during the day and I wake her up 2 times per night Also during the day she sits on the toilet for 10 minutes 3 times per day to try to have a bowel movement I am currently trying to research if there are any syndromes or whatever that might encompass a lot of these symptoms. Her therapist strongly encouraged me yesterday to try to get another MRI done and possible see a pediatric endocrinologist or try to find an internest. I am a single mom, and her father does carry insurance for her, so any more tests would be ok. I would just to get a point in the right direction possibly. I truly feel that there has not been one doctor who has truly looked at the whole picture except for the nephrologist, but it was clearly out of his area of expertise. Please help if you can!!!
Does it sound like I have a sleep disorder? I have had trouble falling asleep for as long I can remember. I am 14 by the way. I try to get to sleep at about 9:30 P.M. but can't fall asleep until about 2:30 A.M. almost every night. And when I do fall asleep, I fall into a real deep sleep and wake up at about noon. I am always tired throughout the day. And I can't seem to fall asleep before 2:30 no matter have much sleep I got the previous night. When I was younger I had a bad problem with bed wetting and it still occasionally happens. I also slept walk. I remember camping with my neighbor and had to sleep in their parents tent. The next day she told me that I had almost beat her up in my sleep. I haven't slept walked in about 2 years now though. And sometimes I get real bad cramps in my legs. Like my muscles are rolling. I am also told that I am a kicker. My mom thinks that I might have enuresis but she is not a doctor and has not talked to my doctor about it. Right now I am taking melatonin and it is helping some. Before I started taking it, I wouldn't dream, or so it seams. Now I am getting very vivid dreams. Whenever I am wakened before I feel like I've gotten enough sleep, it is like an actual physical pain to get up because I am in such a deep sleep. Sorry for going on for so long. I was just wondering if it sounds like I have a sleep disorder, and if so, which one? I'm going to talk to my doctor next month and see what she says but I just want to know some of the possibilities. Thank you! = ) My dad said that he has similar problems but not so severe now. So it might be genetic but he never got it checked out, Oh and 2:30 is on a good night. Most of the time it's around 3:00 - 3:30 A.M. I am homeschooled so I don't have to worry about that in my schedule but I do want to be on a good schedule with the people around me. No I'm not afraid of wetting. It rarely happens anymore.
HELP I HAVE DEEP SLEEP PATTERN!!!? ive had this problem since i was born(im 14 yrsold).i am a bedwetter(i have enuresis) its like a part of me i cant think of a "me" without the bedwetting problem :(. so i did some research and i found out that this was not a "disease" but a symptom of a disorder named: deep sleep pattern> wich means i dont sleep like a normal person.i go right in deep sleep and sleep like that.i never wake up until morning. i mean u can even slap my face hard and i wont wake up :(. i sleep too deeply. and i also read that in this deep stage of sleeping the brain gets less oxygen so after 8 or 10 hours of sleeping i am still tired , and i cant concentrate and all the symptoms match the AD/HD symptoms.but i dont have adhd. i know some pills that will work on my bedwetting .but my greatest worry is that i will fail in school because of this sleeping disorder that destroys my concentration power , memory and everything that makes a good student GOOD at school.im really worried that i will disapoint my parents and get bad grades because of this.i mean when i was younger i had no problem with learning and i did great in school but now , as i am being in puberty and the school getting very hard , i just cant keep up. i just cant concentrate at school so i got bad grades especially in math :((( .im sure everything is related to my sleeping disorder.oh and its also very hard for me to go to sleep(i think and think for hours but i cant fall asleep). . plz tell me what doctor should i see and if this disorder is treatable(curable). i dont want to pay and just get an unhealthy treatment or something that doesnt even work , so PLZ HELP .and if u help me i want u to know u have all my respect :D
Thank you
Does "Bed-wetting" occur when a person becomes a liberal ? Nocturnal enuresis (NE), the involuntary passing of urine during sleep after the age at which bladder control would normally be anticipated, is a widespread and potentially disabling disorder for liberals. The treatment of NE constitutes several approaches and its pathophysiology remains unsolved. Careful consideration should be given to the work-up of NE since there may be concurrent symptoms that require attention either before or in conjunction with the treatment. Patient/family education and a cooperative approach usually produce the most favorable results in treating NE. Constipation and/or encopresis (fecal incontinence) is a significant factor relating to nocturnal enuresis and incontinence in general.
