  1. thanks for sharing:)
  2. no just dont drink past 7, or 4 hours b4 u go to bed. also always use the bathroom b4 u go to bed even if you dnt have to. i had the same problem
  3. yes why not give it a try i used to because of my hormones wet dreams i think it is sperm for a boy though.
  4. pads are not a good idea because they may leak but you SHOULD see a doctor you could have a urinary track infection or an overactive bladder
  5. I do think the pads can work for bedwetting and so can a plastic cover on your mattress
  6. They might not hold enough. You could have a medical problem, or a trauma? Many sex abuse victims wet the bed if they never got help, your mind is in pain and it needs release.
  7. It is not anything to be embarassed about. Have you seen a Dr? It could be a medical problem. Alot of people have the same problem, you are not alone. If you are looking for pads I would try the adult diapers, not just overnight pads.
  8. I'm sure your parents know, or whoever you live with and they can get you prescriptions that are usually small pills that will prevent you from wetting the bed. I actually had the same problem when I was a lot younger, and really I just kind of grew out of it...I was always scared to death to stay at friends houses because I didn't know if it would happen or not. It kind of takes the fun out of staying over, but if you take a prescription it really can ease your mind and it will be one less thing to worry about. But, if you aren't interested in doing that then you can always use "diapers" because no one else will know you are wearing them and it's alot less embarrasing than having to wash your entire comforter, sheets, etc. I hope I helped and good luck.
  9. That is really imbarssing..im really sorry to hear about that i say to just not drink any water before bed..go to the bathroom before bed and soon your problem should go away. It's nothing to be to ashamed of. :)
  10. I used to wet the bed all the time, but now its just about once a week. (im 17) When i wet the bed every night i wore good nights, but when i turned 13 i grew out of them and started wearing depends (the pull up ones). Don't use an overnight pad, they aren't made for bed wetting. I've tried them once and the pad didn't work, i still woke up in a puddle. if you buy anything, buy the depends (or good night)(which ever one fits you.) good luck. tip:if your good night or depend is loose there is a good chance that it might leak. So its better to but the ones that fit snug around you.
  11. In addition to what other's have mentioned you may also want to try kegal exercises,it strenghthens your bladder control muscles and pelvic floor.Everytime you have to urinate, try squeezing the mucsles to stop the flow for 5-10 seconds at a time, then release, that's your pelvic floor muscle.Practice several repitiions several times a day, stop immediately if there's pain involved. And don't overdo it at first, these take time to build up.Kegals,in additon to not drinking as much fluid at night,or instead set a time to get up before you usually feel the urge if possible.Don't be embarrised,I had it happen alot while pregnant and for months afterward. If you are really concerned by all means see a doctor.Good luck!
