What are the reasons that a 10 yr old boy would suffer from enuresis and encopresis?

2. Enuresis: 1) Emotional trauma from earlier stages such as potty training (fear of the toilet). 2) Fear of the dark, not getting out of bed. 3) Subconcious pleasure. 4) Dreaming. 5) Comfort in bed not wanting to get up. Encopresis: 1) Fear of the toilet (due to emotional trauma). 2) Attention seeking. 3) Metabolic Disharmony. 4) Diet.
